How it works
One command runs the whole pipeline. Each stage also has its own command, so you can also run one stage at a time.
1. Design
Your sentence is refined and questioned, then turned into an architecture, a data model and an API contract. A quality gate decides whether the design is good enough to build.
2. Code
The app is built in parallel waves, integrated, compiled and smoke-tested.
3. Test
Unit, integration and end-to-end tests, with a coverage gate.
4. Debug
Failures go through up to five fix iterations before the run reports what is still broken.
What you keep
- It runs in your own Claude Code terminal. Nothing is hosted for you.
- Every command is a readable Markdown file. You can see what it tells Claude to do.
- The architecture, source, tests and findings are written into your project. The code is yours.
- It reports a verdict at the end. Whether to ship stays your decision.
